  • You're right, but unfortunately, that's the only set of blocks in the gym. Perhaps I can place some places to set the starting position to work on the final extension.

  • @SGWeightlifting You've probably got some better blocks/thought of this already, but just stack some plates on the boxes until you've reached ideal heigt.

  • Working from below the knee works more on the transition from first to second pull. Working from above the knee helps perfect the final extension.
