Dirty Martin's Kum Bak Place on Guadalupe by UT in Austin

I had been to Dirty's exactly once in thirty years although I have passed it about five thousand times. It is packed inside and out on a typical weekend. But I like showing these places on the off hours because I'm thinking historical record more than anything else. Austin is diasappearing or being infilled by mall like structures. The buildings across the street could be magnificent with the input of Art Grant Money and UT Talent. But, I'm just thinking outloud.
Dirty's speaks for itself in this video. It's in the best shape it has been in in twenty years and it's fending off encroachment just fine.
It's the real Austin, and there is not much left.
