Hey there! I only got my hedgie for 20 dollars because he came from a friend. But anyways he is my prince and I try my best to spoil him so I have a question, would it be cheaper to just build him a new cage out of the cube and corp last

@StanleytheHedgie The igloo? It's the large size...the size under the "giant" sized igloo.

Couple questions...
How strict is the temperature rule?
How strict is the cage size rule?
How much for one Hedgie plus starter supplies (will be using a Rubbermaid container for cage)?
Thanks so much. All of your videos have helped a lot!

@buggie884 Hedgies must be kept at temperatures around 70-80 degrees. It depends on the particular hedgie, though. Some are fine at 70 degrees, while others need to be around 75 degrees, for example. You'll be able to tell through your hedgie's activity level and their breathing if they are too warm or too cold.
I would plan on spending around $100 for the hedgie's cage supplies. A hedgehog is usually around $150-$300 depending on where you get him/her from.
Glad I could help you!
