Advanced SystemCare

I've had ASC for a few weeks now, and I absolutely can not live without this app. CCleaner will be a thing of the past now (at least for me).

Here's one of my newest favorite freeware programs - Advanced SystemCare.

Quick Summary:

Advanced SystemCare is a free program that will help optimize your computer's performance better than CCleaner (in my oppinion) and any other Disk Defragment tool. ASC is a disk cleaner, disk dragment, registry cleaner, and more, all combined into one, simple to use program. There's four different options for both of the two scans, which you can select/deselect. There's just too much this program does to help your computer's performance; you should definitely try it out.

what is defrag???

"Defrag" is the opposite of the word "fragment." So to defrag a hard drive, you're moving clusters of files into a single area of the hard drive. Defraggment is needed when new files saved to the hard drive (by internet, or by a program) the files are scattered throughout the hard drive. So obviously defragging the hard drive will make finding those files quicker. Windows has it's own default defragment program, but most others prefer alternatives.

I've tried it and don't recommend it. Nag screens pop up telling you to upgrade to the pay version if you want all the errors it tells you need to fixed for optimal performance which other free software programs like ccleaner and Glary utilities do already without any nag screens. This program told me it detected approximately 300 problems that I needed the pro version to fix on a brand new computer that works flawlessly for me and still does without Advanced System Care any longer installed.
