Here's the youtube url of a video of a guy I knew. He tried in the student championships kickboxing. It was his second year of training, first ever match. He lost, but notice both guys making good use of lowkicks? Fast, combination-based. Kevin's legs were quite painfull after that. watch?v=eGGttR7VJbs
I didn't participate cause said Kevin broke my nose sparring three weeks before. ^_^
