  • This is such a beautiful Psalm and you guys did a wonderful job. Oustanding! To God be the Glory.

  • GOOSEBUMBS.

  • @Tan1723 But I'm just talkin' about choral enunciation.

    Then, we can dig it!

I liked being able to determine who was making what sound by watching their tongues and mouths. It's just the director in me, lol.

  • @TreasuresOfTheLORD What are you talking about? I was just making a CHORAL suggestion of the shape of their vowels on "I will fear no evil." No need to go on your rant. I wasn't even talking about anything religious/spiritual.

This is the dividing line between those who love God with all their heart, all their soul, all their mind and all their strength (Ex. 20:3-11) and their neighbour as themselves (Ex. 20:12-17) and a class of people who do not feel that integrity in the worship of Jehovah is necessary.

    The Bible says,

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

    - Proverbs 14:12 (& 16:25)

    Come to Jesus Christ.

...nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day; wherefore The LORD blessed The Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

In heaven (if we make it there) we will be keeping the Law of God (including Ex. 20:8-11) which most unfortunately, have forgotten.

    Exodus 20:8-11

Remember The Sabbath Day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is The Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle...

We can be perfect in Him. He vindicated and honored The Law of God and He gives us the faith and power to keep it 100%. Then we may be faultless before God's throne, through a lifetime of tears and sorrow to be brought to the foot of the cross to realize that we don't even have the ability to reverence God. We don't know how to reverence God. We're lost. We're lost! And we need to recognize that.

Jesus has come to bridge the gap between fallen man and a Pure and Holy GOD. He was subject to human temptations just like any of us are - with mankind’s physical, mental and moral powers having degenerated for 4000 years. He came as a man to live a sinless life - to prove that it can be done, that we can overcome by trying our very best - with Him helping us: not by ourselves alone (which shuts out Jesus), nor by Jesus alone (which shuts out our work to do).
