Yes Jordan danced with Sarah, but when they put the couples together in the showdown, then they can dance with anyone they want. If you look behind Jordan and Tat, Sarah is dancing with Lindo at that moment.

I know they're both blonde, but the US Open site (where I got this clip) lists Jordan with Sarah Vann Drake in this division on the 2004 results page.

In Strictlies, people often don't dance with their standard competition partner; looks like Tatiana competed in Strictly with John Lindo that year.
