Cleopatra is absolutely immortal. To think that she lived over 2000 years ago and EVERYBODY knows who she is. By comparison, no one alive today will be remember for more than a few decades, and certainly not on the international scale of Cleopatra. Even her death was bigger than life. Imagine, death by the bite of an apse.
If Cleo and Antony had won the war, the face of history would have been changed. I wonder what it would have been like?

All egyptian peers had shaved off their hair - it was hygienic, they did wear wigs made from human hair and their crowns were so close-fitting that it would have been impossible to wear them and their own hair underneath...
Now,,, having short hair is better than being bald, isn't it?

Cleopatra's problem wasn't the possibility to be executed, but to be showed behind the wagon of Octavian during his triumph, through the crowd that would have mocked her.
This was unbearable for the queen of Egypt, it was better to die.
