Nevermind strongenforcer- hes just pissed that a Pakistani outbid his family for the spot in midtown manhattan that they wanted to sell the potato farm for to open a pub and hire all their friends and family to tend bar and serve loaded potato skins, corned beef and cabbage, shephards pie and hamburgers and the spots now a bodega which forces him to stay and deal with the IRA-although hes probably a member judging from his anger.
