@Poodleinacan Um...sushi does have fish. Sashimi are just cuts of raw fish. Sushi is vegetables, rice and fish all together (sometimes without vegetables depending on the type of sushi.)

Sushi only have vegetables....... Sashimi have fish(preferably FRESH raw fish)...which is exelent.

ok, but information kind of lacking. So much of the flavour from Sushi is in the rice. How to prepare the rice ? What to add ? This video does not really help me, sorry, but nice try.

Maybe you should try an asian food market or something like that? I think they should sell them in the markets. The seaweed is called Nori and try looking for them around the asian/oriental section of your food market perhaps? :)
