it's great how people who have never been into sports professionally, always be so suprised when they see howw hard you have to work for a good result..and then they say 'ooo, that's torture,etc'..think about that next time your favorite sportsmen/club doesn't win..and you'll appreciate their effort much more..

Clearly you can't handle it. Calling him a crazy Russian is fucked up. I was born and raised in Missouri....United States, and my coaches did those same things to me...and they're white. It's not torture. They pull in a strong gentle way to get you as far as you can go. Clearly the boy in this video is capable of going that far. Before you go out and make cruel judgments based off of the ethnic background of another person, you should really do your research on the training of this sport.
