@qncsc No one saw me take the tags the last time I did it. I figure it is just a nice thing to do, especially when you see a bike with two child seats and an umbrella on it. It is probably from some young mother and I am sure she has enough to deal with.

@Travel4Whit - (reply if you want) - interesting. lol, you remove the red tags! how do other Japanese think of that (western, cowboy) behavior; would you be thought of as thoughtful or would some consider that quality a flaw (removing the tags)?
btw, appreciate the videos: others that post videos are doing it as a business, quasi-business so it has a different feel than yours. it is nice to just see what you see in a personal manner!
