Simply an absolute splendid version of Mozart's so familiar "Exsultate jubilate"! I've heard this piece sung by a great many sopranos over the years, but few performs it better than Damrau here.

Sorry to bearishly disagree, but to my ears she sounds utterly out of control of both timbre and pitch. And her rapid passages drag.

the orchestration is slightly rushed for my taste, I'd never heard it at such a speedy tempo, it is about expressing joy and so it is an 'upbeat' allegro in concept, but one revere in one's joy and appreciate it, and not 'race' through it as it sublimely reflects. Even the likes of Diana's virtuosity is at instances finding herself to catch-up at certain spots, where I can notice she wanted to have a creamier coloring of tone to happen, but she wasn't granted the time allotted to do so.
