I was at this race. Bill Elliott won in the 11 car. that was a good year for the fords

The first couple of years TNN was doing NASCAR Diamond P Sports was producing... That is why you see Steve Evans on this, since he was basically a staple at Diamond P just like Dave McLelland.

Gary Nelson was the man responsible for bringing NASCAR competition tighter, his loss really hurt that.
