I want to believe it, I really do, but if this works, why isn't it everywhere? Why don't they put it in new cars? Why isn't there a retrofit kit in every Checker, Auto Zone, and Wal-Mart in America? Don't tell me its a conspiracy, there is no big oil conspiracy.
