Should really credit Shepherd Smith here, not degrade him. I hate Fox News as the next person but there are worse presenters than Shepherd or Chris Wallace.
Okay, he didn't use the word "Republican", but as an independent, I ask, would you expect CNN or MSNBC to do the same, roles reversed?

This is a half-ass, underhanded attempt of Fox News trying to look like they have a conscience. The whole time Smith is talking, there are 2 other camera shots. The cameras are not picturing the senate where the republican'ts are blocking the vote, but one camera on the white house and the other on the President's briefing room. It's sad they can't even have the integrity to let their viewers know the real truth. Can't bring themselves to say "republicans" are to blame. Shameful
