No it doesn't.
The 95 M3 had a 3.0 I6, and the 96-99 M3s have a 3.2 I6. I have a 98 M3.

No, the E92 has the V8, the e46 was the last model using the 3.2L producing 333 HP, the e36 also used the 3.2 but made 240 hp.

No sir. Ya its got a v8, ya its newer, but for pure handling and power to weight ratio, the e36 triumphs.

Ahhh well thats why he lost! its an e46 m3. If he would have saved his money any bought a e36, he would have kept up much better!
not bad driving, could be better :) better leave that much distance anyway save a wreck, and sounds like the passenger was getting sick? lol

He's actually right. The E46 M3 is a stout package, but the S2000 will take it in the twisties.
