Already changed set up.

Work in progress 8 inch LED's. with older walk and wait signal. I know they should not blink but don't have the money to buy a new controler. Next just to put some shields on and clean it all up and this signal will be complete. Unless I change my mind on set up. And I am already thinking of different ideas. HA go figure. The ped signals will be redone no longer will the walk and wait be attached, I have new planes for them. The camera is very bad at taking LED movie but I think its good.
