i have this problem on the front of my thighs :( even after doing fruits and veggies raw food diet for 3 months didnt change AT ALL :)

That made my legs hurt just watching! I have bad knees from being in Drill Team and doing hours of high kicks. I don't think I can step up that high. I'll try though. :)

@2012maritza Stairs, a bench, a sturdy chair and basically any raised and stable surface.

@durty1calhoun Oh yeah! I LOVE Kettlebells...I typically do one day of "hodge podge fun stuff" and those are the days I use kettlebells. Thanks for sharing this :)
