It's different with each puppy...and in our experience male's ears can take longer to stand erect. Blitz's ears went from erect at 8 weeks to completely flopped over at 10, to one ear up one down at 12, and then the "triforce of power" where both ears are up but at an angle like in this picture.....Her ears weren't solid and erect until about 6 months. So I wouldn't worry....since yours is a male should take even longer. If they aren't erect by a year I'd be concerned.

What age did his ears go up? Because my shepherd will be 4 months on March. 17 and his ears aren't folded over his head yet
