that's a dope ass track very crisp sounding and on time like a mother fucker peace stay up my g. Check out my vid on youtube. Type in piranhas eating shrimp you will see my vid. Look for fortgreene31. The beat you hear in that vid is a beat i made. I'm a beginner beat maker. The beats I created now are pretty sick my people say. I just have to upload some updated vids. But hopefully we could build one day bro. Peace

do you have to have the mpc to sample or can you just use one of the racks in reason 4

in Reason I use the xx-nt, Dr rex, or redrum. Theres alot of creative ways to software sample. JUST EXPERIMENT AND HAVE FUN. The more you have fun with it the more you will learn and find cool things to do with it.

so do u need recycle to pull samples into reason. I have reason 4 and just bought an interface to pull in sounds off a turntable but want to load cds into itunes and use samples from there. Thanks if u could answer

you need recycle to cut the sample up and make it to a rex file to import into a digital sampler...
(load cds into itunes and use samples from there) what do you mean????

Isn't there any way of sampling into Reason without Recycle?

You need some type of software audio-editer that can chop it up and save it as a wav. or rex file. Recycle does this infamously. One thing to note is that recycle not only create wav. and rex files...It also create "sample cells".
