No, this version is by Aaron Neville. Bill had the original, but this is a darned good version (not really copy cat). He did another Bill Withers original justice: "Use Me". Check it out on You Tube.

I realize that. My band does several Bill Withers tunes, and I've seen the Nevilles
about 6 or 8 times live.
