The image quality is suprisingly good. ISO 1600 is very good. ISO 3200 is a little bit noisier but it doesn't bother me. ISO 6400 is starting to get noisy but it is still quite usable. ISO 12800 is a last resort thing. I will try to avoid ISO 12800 if I can. Compared to the 50D's ISO 12800 the 7D's miles better

Why you did'nt put this autofocus to the eos 5dm2 ??!!

They seem to be focusing on the buzzwords "fun" and "interesting to use" on this camera, but it's pretty much the same as all their other cameras. Polaroids, Holgas and Lomos are fun and interesting to use. I would love to see a high quality digital camera that is more like that.

Just hope the image quality lives up to the high spec. have read some iffy reports on pre production examples. Hopefully when it ships any little bugs are ironed out.
