30 Day Trans Challenge: Week 1

Stole this from another Jack here on YouTube (username: jackriley0710) and Tumblr (username: jackattack0710). Basically, a 30 day trans challenge with one question for each day of the month. In this video I answer the first seven questions:

1) When did you realize the term transgender referred to you? (Answer begins at 0:30)

2) How did you choose your name, and what names were you thinking about using and why? (Answer begins at 1:27)

3) Have you ever been outed? (Answer begins at 2:31)

4) How did your family take it when you came out/ if you are not out, why aren't you? (Answer begins at 4:34)

5) Are you active in the trans community or LGBT community? (Answer begins at 9:03)

6) Who was the first person you told about being trans? (Answer begins at 10:49)

7) Who do you look up to? (Answer begins at 11:32)

I'm planning to post again next Monday with answers to seven more questions, and so on until I'm done with all thirty.

Your last sentence just enlightened my day. I'm 5'1" (still, in France not in Sweden) and have been very self-conscious about it. I have to look up basically to everybody too, women included.
