Honey Dripper - Chase Garrett

This is a tune called "Honey Dripper." I'm playing the Dr' John version. The was performed at my home on a 1901 Knabe upright.

Yeah, Play them keys man, you got this piano party jumpin, oh yeah, keep that bass thumping and rollin.

I'm not exagerating when I say this as I have a copy Dr John's version of this piece on CD, but this recording blows Dr John's version out of the water.

I'm a big fan of Dr John, Tuts, Fess, James Booker, and  this recording ranks right up there with the best of 'em.

Your playing has got alot of heart and that's what great music is all about.
