@macenz Its just a preference, there's not a huge difference in power loss. I run SLP's anyway.

@cobradaddy Flows do sound like shit, they may suit older V8's, but they sound hollow and tinny on newer V8's. Plus who needs power robbing chambered mufflers when Magnaflows are straight through, unrestricted deisgned.

Dont listen to moto! Anyone who thinks that flows sound like shit doesnt know sound.

looks a lot quicker than what your dyno shows. Dynos are just numbers. I just want that going fast, gettin sucked into your seat feeling. Thats all that really counts in my opinion. Nice sounding exhaust

Are the Magnaflows louder and more badass sounding than Flowmasters. Please tell me your opinion from a professional point of view putting aside the fact that you have Magnaflow.

yes they are louder, but IMO ANYTHING sounds better than flows. if you want a bad ass soundin exhaust, go with a Pypes Violator cat back and an o/r X pipe. the Magnapacks are nice, but not worth the money. plus glasspacks just sound too raspy and blatty after a certain point.

wow nice exhaust im gettin that
can u install a o/r x pipe at home or do you need the shop
macdre41510 3 years ago
nope no shop needed. 2 sockets, 2 wrenches, a few beers and thats about it. the x pipe and exhaust took about 2 hours to throw in at home on jackstands, wouldve gone even faster at work on my lift.
