Recipe:(Khajoor recipe):
8 cup flour unsalted-5 Eggs-1 cup Milk -almost one cup Oil -1/2 teaspoon Baking powder -2 cup sugar,1 tablespoon Cardamom -1 teaspoon Rosewater
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Combine all the ingredients to make a firm dough .. .Depending on the shape of your Khajoor -- this mixture makes anywhere between 80 to 100 khajoor.Smoothen and knead the dough well for 30 minu. take a little of the mixture and form it into a ball about the size of an med Marble . Flatten this against the convex surface of a sieve to a thickness of about 1/8inch and a diameter of about 2 inches, then roll it up loosely and seal ,Fry the Khajoor till golden brown over a low to medium flame This will ensure complete cooking from inside and even browning.
