Good for you! I just started one of my own! I've dropped 25lbs so far! I have to admit though...I'm a guy so I pretty much just cut out fast food and soda and work out 3-4 times a week and drop it like crazy. I'm not looking for any weight goal in particular. Just want to be more attractive. Keep it up though you look great!
