In case none of you know, Unfortunately for Shari Lewis the song finally ended for her in 1998. As she tragically lost a bout with cancer at age 65. I grew up on Lamb Chop, Charlie Horse, Hush Puppy, Shari and all their friends. R.I.P. to the great Shari Lewis

Lol! Now that I'm older I realize that Charlie Horse is kind of a troll singing about a song that never ends, but it never does anything than describing the song not ending. Yet, it's still awesome even with knowing that, whereas today's children's shows are trolls in the way of being aired to death and coming up with half a dozen different ones about similar topics.
