You keep them inside do to the society that we live in, here in America your cat will be thrown in the pound, or kids will shoot them with BB or Airsoft guns. And there are cruel owners who will sick their dogs on your cat. Keep them inside, please.

@ImaginaryNightshade Hey, different breeds of cats has their own aspect of nature - some cats are for indoors and dislike outside, while there are outdoor cats love to venture the world. not all cats are outdoors. i think you should do some research first on different breeds of cats.

@lisae764 I actually don't agree with keeping your cats inside. Cats like running around, hunting, climbing trees, etc. They're adventurous animals. Why keep them constrained inside the house, where they can't do all that kind of stuff? There really is no harm in letting them go outside when they want to. Also, like all animals, cats need their daily dose of exercise! And if you're afraid that they'll run away: I used to have three cats and none of them did. They know their home!
I don't know if someone dumped her there or if she wandered off from the others in the litter. There are a couple of stray cats in the neighborhood. If only people would get them spayed and neutered and NOT let them run wild, rather, keep them inside like the treasured member of the family that they are. Otherwise don't have one, there are so many animals killed everyday in this country in shelters cause there is too many and not enough homes.

Thanks! Did you hear her meow, or whatever sound she made? That's what I heard, magnified about 100 times for almost 3 days! I couldn't figure out what kind of animal it might be or where it was coming from. Thank God I finally found her!
