There's no problem with your flute. This notes are difficult to make them heard with a full rich sound. The problem is usually with the embouchure on this notes and especially when you play c# the flute moves a or two millimetre away from you, because you don't hold it properly. But the truth is that most brands of flutes have a problem with c#. It's difficult to make it play in tune.

Thank you for sharing this w/us. I notice when I play middle c, c# or d, the flute sounds kinda airy. The sound is not a full rich colorful sound like the other sounds on my flute. Could there be a problem somewhere??
