Go Fogerty!! way better voice for this song that Status Quo! This is a rocker! CCR forever. No other music like this.

So incredibly brilliant! Fogerty is so underrated. As I grow old he is one of the few people I relate to aside from Elvis and Jesus. Keep on rocking in the free world John!

@hectorsalinasisback You have your point but to me commercial rock is only 1% better than other commercial crap. The biggest reason why people don't have a clue about credits is probably the fact that nobody buys albums these days...they just download what they hear on the radio.

@Sunchild333 Nobody likes commercial music, but Status Quo arent making crappy pop music or hip hop. This situation is the same as Carole King, because she wrote lots of songs that became hits for other artists and not many people read the songwriting credits to realize she wrote those hits!

Such a rockin' voice he's got!

What Creedence COULD have been...

John Fogerty wrote a great song and recorded a killer version. Status Quo covered it brilliantly and used it to open Live Aid. What song could possibly have been better to kick off that event? We are doubly blessed. And it's way past time for Live Aid 2. The need is still there.

Gosh, I never bothered to read the credits on the Status Quo album, so I found out only tody that this ong was written by John Fogerty... :-D

I love John Fogerty and his voice is so beautiful. T o me, his version has more heart and is better that status quo. CCR are my best group ever and when john went on his own, he took his magic with him :)
I have been listening to Status Quo and have become a fan, they play real fun rock and roll, I cant pick a favorite for rockin all over the world, but I thank the Quo lovers for turning me on to a great band.

Rockin' All Over the World" is a rock song by John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival. It made its debut on Fogerty's second solo album (see John Fogerty) in 1975. Status Quo recorded their own, heavier arrangement of Fogerty's song for their 1977 album Rockin' All Over the World. It is this version which is best known and most played all over the world.
