i was having a nice time learning about beavers, then you throw some ill-logic in there about how since humans aren't the only ones who build damns, then there is most def a god.

I think you skipped a few scientific step there.

the 3 frames a second were a little annoying, but i got used to that.

Its not that animals cant decide to run from a car, they are in shock they cant do anything. Animals don't decide or learn to build the amazing things they do they just do.

I think of intelligence on two levels, one is instinctive intelligence the ability to understand and change ones environment. And learned intelligence, the ability to learn new ways to effect the environment(including advanced language) which I don't believe many animals have the mental capacity for.

yea

they are both unable to make new decisions and they on the other hand show such amazing intelligence

if they cant decide to run away from the car,they cant decide to build such wonders either

I do however agree that the ways of animals are purer and never arguable if it's choices are 'wrong' or 'right'.

It's excuse is that their instinct drove to defend it's nest, to flee from fire or leave it's child to die at the paws of an predator.

On the flip-side I don't think that animals are incautious. Most are very self-aware.

BTW are you Dutch, or is it just in the name?

Animals are not smarter than humans, they stay in the middle of the road when a car approaches it at high speed.

Unlike humans, animals are incapable of calculating on a situation that is alien to them and rely purely on instinct. Animals usually just get scared.

If you could give an antelope the option to destroy all the lions in the world it wouldn't hesitate to do so. Man has proven many times before that it can deny it's instinctive desires and create new options that better benefit others.
