Tesla Panel Test 1

Tesla panel, based on Tesla's free radiant energy. You can use a positive electrode (the air) with a negative electrode (the ground), take the positive and negative, to a capacitor. The capacitor will then, store the energy to be used. This is the first of many tests we will be conducting, our goal is to create the best free radiant energy receiving device, after we successfully do that, we will then create a Tesla Coil to increase the amount of V we have received with our Free Radiant Receiver.
