fact:guerra has a long history of working/helping ppl in willacy county that goes all the way back to the 70s and the farmworker strikes.i even saw the man on pbs putting his money where his mouth was...and that was back in the day b4 publicity and the internet!
fact:these politicians are all too quick to be put on boards and committees w/fat consulting fees,getting rich off their connections and its all unethical!!
like him or not, guerra is the only one doing something about it
