Not sure if you can help with this, but i have an old cap card and 1080p completely messed it up, do you have any suggestions for a cap card that records in 1080p UNDER $80? Thanks in advance for your time and help

Sorry I do not know of any under 80$. The cheapest one I know of is a Hauppauge HD PVR (which I have) which goes as low as 150-200$

This gonna sound stupid but.. i don't know if i record full hd :P i have a cybershot dsc w220. On the menu from my camera i can choose: '640(fine) shoot high quality movie for display on tv' So.. can i upload full hd movies on youtube?

@prsoon
If you have the camera on the 16:9 Resolution Mode (not sure if you can record videos in that mode) you should be able to do this. However converting a 640x480 to a full HD 1920x1080 video will not be a good idea.
I'm not completely sure about this but I hope it helps
