I didn't realize how much i missed this and bill until i started watching it. i think for a lot of us its more than the show or bill. growing up then there was an innocence and sense of pride in this country. the story of a dad being a good man and a good father trying to raise his son wouldnt fly now unless they made fun of it. watching this is very bittersweet. I would love to see them redo it, just the way it was; maybe with Rob Lowe or someone like that.

Thanks for the comment! Oh yes, his voice...very distinctive and charming, love that as well! And the his face, well it just makes me smile nonstop. I'm so glad that we are in this together! Bix was one in a billion, and deserves all this love.

I too cannot get enough of 'Bix'. I love all his shows, never get tired of seeing his face or, hearing his voice. I am so glad I am not alone in this and that other people feel the same way. Thanx for this video, it's lovely. XX

I bought invasion of Johnston County and an Agatha Christie movie. I personally like the Invasion of Johnston County. Bill at his best, with his charm and tricks, trying to help cattle herders from being attacked.

Eddie's Father is definitely an excellent show! Such wonderful family values, and the intros (Bix said these were called "peanuts" when he was on the Arsenio Hall show) are SO heartwarming! No, there is absolutely no such thing as too much Bix! :)
