  • Go away, Kong....go away.....,go away Kong.

  • King Kong was the first network Saturday morning cartoon that was done in Japan. It was produced by Rankin-Bass, who farmed it out to Toei studios. The middle faeture, Tom Of T.H.U.M.B., had character designs by Mad Magazine artist Paul Coker Jr.

  • What episode was this?

  • GTFO, Kong!

  • "was"?

  • Wrong, it's from Rankin Bass productions, with the voice actor for Rudolph, Billie Mae Richards, in the role.

  • Is this that early anime stuff?

60's japanimation was always fascinatingly bad.

  • Jeez. That kid's probably scarred Kong for life. Why doesn't he just hang him from a radio tower himself?

"Whatever gave him an idea like THAT?"

  • KONG GO AWAY
