Gotta givce Barry a lot of credit. He is correct about the outside environment in Newark and then for backing up his words by walking in the front door of the Prudential Center. Notice that even the Devils fans commended him for showing up and being a man about it.

Ever since the Devils left Continental/Izod Arena, I have NOT been to a game. There is no way they can get me to go to Newark!

newark is garbage. anyone who lives in jersey will tell you that. most of the people there are on welfare. say what you want about the surrounding area of the arena, it still doesnt take away the fact that newark is garbage

i said the area around the arena was safe.
i forgot, new york has no crime and all and is perfectly safe.
i also forgot that detroit is a nice city, as is atlanta, la, st. louis, and philly.
