i for one am happy those kids are being charged. Not all school bullies get over it once they leave school, not every parent knows what their child is doing to others out there, not every bully feels remorse after the fact. In this case, what these kids did what atrocious. This is a beautiful young lady who could have gone on to do great things but instead ended her life and had to be found by her 12 year old sister because of their actions. they were active participants
