@charlietangossss it's done over a week starts wed - 10 miler and trainasium, thurs - log race and steeplecahse, fri - 2 miler and milling, weekend off, mon 20 miler, tues - stretcher race

@Steve06669 Dont see the time change as an excuse to be happy where you are fitness wise. Prac is not a walk in the park for someone with a decent run time at adsc

I didn't think I was fit enough until they changed the 1.5 mile timed run from 9.18 to 9.40. I am so gonna get into PRAC course after ADSC no matter what!!!! (PARAs the only way) Grrrr...

I passed P Company in 1985 (509 Platoon). We were the last platoon to do it all in the Shot. 510 did some of it in Wales. I found it unbelievably tough. I was fit when I joined and I was beasted to fuck for 11 weeks leading up to it and I still found it proper hard. It was such a relief to pass. I'm so proud to be ex Para Reg.That beret was very hard won and I'll treasure it for ever. Utrinque Paratus, Ready for Anything!
