today israel upgrade american jets, use them and sell them back to the US in exchange for new fighter jets.

it was made by the IAI in the 80's under tha name "Lavi" the world, it was superior to the F-16 by the the abilities of:
1. could carry heavier bombs
2. could make sharper turns
3. was technologically more advanced than any fighter jet in the world
4. was cheaper to manufacture than the F-16
the US refused to continue supporting it financially under fear that it will replace their F-16 and the project was cancelled and sold to china that today call it the J-10 and take credit for it.

WOW some stupid people think J10 is copy of F 16, can u see the different between a canard wing aircraft and a normal one. No wonder I can finish my college math test in 15 minutes but those white kids need more than an hour lol

Actually it is a copy of the Israeli Lavi, which I heard they bought the rights to. The Lavi is based off of the F-16 fighting falcon. Not the Typhoon

LMAO!! They used the jet explosion off of the American movie Top Gun for their Chinesse propaganda video. How sad is that. Pretty pathetic China has to hype their new plane that wouldn't stand a chance against the F-22 by using scenes from an American movie.
