While it isn't clear to what extent Cho was mentally disturbed, we can safely say that he was a terrible and juvenile writer.

It is a sad, sad reflection in American society that 32 murders is nothing after enough time. The first two or three months, it is a solemn event, clear in the minds of all, and no one even jokes about weapons. Yet just two years later, we all talk as if nothing happened. Most of the rest of the world learned their lessons from school shootings after one or two. We have had shootings with dozens of deaths for decades. And another mass killing will come one day. And we'll forget it again.

Dude. What is wrong with you. You think this is great writing? You pretend you have read great works to compare them to this pointless, childish...creation. We are talking about the ranting of a mass murderer, and if you enjoy giving such a person credos for expressing pure violence, I have serious doubts about what your own writing must be. Yes, other great works involve incest, fratricide, and murder, yet they are involved, complex, thorough masterpieces. This isn't.
