  • I agree that this is a great drill (when done correctly). This guy acts like he has a mouse under his feet. The proper footwork is a shuffle, similar to the shuffle steps you take on a delayed steal, while staying low.

  • Grounder has drills... at aosth.... i think grounder from aosth has somethnig with baseball

  • @btoso32 cya then..

  • This drill always kills me hah

  • Hi, what do you think about using ReactionPro with this drill also?

  • hell of a drill i do it everyday and im gonna be in the mlb in 4 years

  • hobgoodstorm ur not thatgood to play on team wilson

  • This drill is not designed to show you HOW to field a ball, it teaches you HOW to field the ball in front of your bod, it teaches nothing about pre step, working "around" the ball and gaining momentum toward your throw. This drill is good for kids who like to back hand balls that they should be getting in front of. Make sure you make that distinction before teaching it. Its an okay drill but this is not the way to field a ball from start to finish.

  • This is actually a good idea lol

  • my high school baseball coach made me do this drill
