Making traditional exercises three-dimensional and functional: Sagittal, Frontal, and Transverse plane tweaks to the back squat and kettle bell swings. "6 Positions" = left foot forward, right foot forward, narrow, wide, toes out, toes in.

  • RE: Comments posted - we appreciate feedback & stimulating discussion, but please remain professional & provide constructive criticism. These are supplemental exercises, tweaks to traditional exercises; we still utilize traditional squats with full ROM.

    I pose a challenge: name 1 sport (outside of powerlifting & weightlifting) in which the feet remain shoulder-width and perfectly parallel to each other. Athletes must develop strength & power in awkward positions - therefore so should training.

  • Please take the time to get better skilled at the kettlebell swing and teaching points of the swing. If you're looking to improve power production learn from an RKC. If you're looking to get into the sport of kettlebells (GS) look up an AKC or IKFF CKT.

  • That's not a KB swing, it looks more like a squat, with a sagital plane shoulder abduction with a KB
