it's obviously a violin sonata in the key of G minor with number of modulations to different keys in the development. But it appears to be somewhat of a waltz, polonaise, or dumka, or something else, unless someone else with a greater sense of musical history can enlighten me. I don't think this is Chopin off the top of my head, check some other slavic composers out-this might be their brain child.
Viennese waltz is my favorite! i have been wanting to learn this dance for almost 10 years and still don't have the chance!
