I know his current acoustic pedalboard includes a Fuzz Factory, Fuzz Probe, and Lo-Fi Loop Junky. On Several Shades of Why, he used a custom Jim Roth Tonebender copy.

@DigitalDogParty I think he is using a couple of fuzz units chain-connected. I've always heard that he uses the big muff, and the superfuzz, but it doesn't sound like any of those. He is also using a pickup mounted on the hole. Those pickups adds more gain than the regular acoustic microphone.
