@ShadowSayain1 yeh i know bro, but i said this because every time i would vs my cousin on AD HOC he would choose goku ssj4 and i would either be majin vegeta or super vegito and non would win against his red kamehameha -.- so if they atleast pust ssj4 vegeta their would be balance

@eirho11 Haha people should just be happy that they even had an SSJ4 in there to begin with. XD You only get him if you did very well in the story mode. Shin Budokai had nothing to do with GT enemies or saga so that might be the reason why they only had Goku as a secret tranformation. This game really could really use improvements though lol.
