  • Hi Bobby: I hope you can attend the workshop, lots of a ha's going on. DT

  • Hi David

Im a beginner in Photography and I like your approach using tungsten outdoors.

So,if I got this right the use of a CTO filter is to mainly get a normal lighting from the flash while the ambient light will turn into a blue cast type of light?

And secondly, how did you get the image dark to look like night time?

    Did you deliberatley underexpose?

    Cheers

  • Right on both accounts. DT

  • I love the way you take the time to explain Diavid, your videos are priceless......any chance you will bring your workshops to Boston ?!!

  • Would love to come to Boston. All we need is 12 to 14 participants. DT

  • Hi David

What is that device your using to look tru at the LCD at 1:51, and why???

    Thanks

  • I love all your work bro, i would like to join one of your workshop but here in Socal but there's no way i can afford it!!!

  • Thank You for the videos David, they are great help to many.

I just have a followup question to maltijien's question concerning underexposing - How do you know how far UE to go, just playing, or light meter, or ???

I've been playing with my SB-800 and Vivitar285HV, and am having difficulty in understanding.

I'm contemplating, if able to fund my way there, attending your class scheduled in Denver next January. THanks
