well the eyelid but as close as you can to your lashline so it looks more natural and blends better. So right above your lashes :P

I love your tutorials. I actually found 2 similar eyeshadows they are both from victoria's secret. one is from the VS makeup summer seduction eye kit($28) and the other one is called shimmer fierce eyeshadow duo in famous and fierce($15). both eye shadows have very good payoff.
